Chelsea Women v Tottenham Women live: score, updates and line-ups

Full time at Stamford Bridge and it finishes 6-2 to Chelsea, with Carpenter grabbing her second of the game deep into stoppage time, turning home Walsh's pass to complete a flurry of late goals. Spurs had matched the hosts for long spells, level at the break through Vinberg and again pulling one back via Gaupset, but a ruthless Chelsea attack - with James and Carpenter both on the scoresheet twice - proved too much in the end. Shots on target finished a close 8-7 in Chelsea's favour, a fair reflection of a thoroughly entertaining but ultimately disappointing afternoon for Tottenham, who also saw Nildén, Pelova and Koga all booked.

Two goals in a minute at the death! Hamano's superb strike from outside the box made it 5-1 before Spurs hit straight back through Gaupset, turning in Hanson's low cross after the sub had already had a goal-bound effort saved by Hampton. A hugely entertaining if ultimately chastening afternoon for Tottenham looks set to end 5-2.

Chelsea have blown this wide open in the space of five minutes. James pounced again after a rapid break set up by Bronze, before Nüsken, on just his second touch since coming on, slotted home Walsh's through ball to make it 4-1. A tough afternoon has suddenly become a very bruising one for Spurs.

Chelsea edge back in front! Carpenter drives one home from the centre of the box and, after Tottenham had started the second half brightly with Tandberg and Vinberg both forcing saves from Hampton, it's the hosts who retake the lead at 2-1.

Spurs are level! Vinberg rises highest to head home from the right of the six-yard box and Tottenham go into the break on equal terms after a real response to James's opener. A lively first half ends with Drew Spence almost nicking a second, dragging one just over from outside the box.

Spurs are straight back on the front foot after going behind - Pelova forces Hampton into a smart save moments after James's finish put Chelsea ahead, with Morris supplying the pass. The visitors look determined not to let that goal knock them out of their stride.

Still goalless at the Bridge but it's been an entertaining opening quarter. Chelsea have edged possession and forced Kop into a couple of stops via Malard and Keira Walsh, while Bronze also nodded one wide from a corner. Spurs have had their say too, with Gaupset forcing a save from Hampton and Holdt seeing an effort blocked, so it's finely balanced after 16 minutes.
